Talk about too much of a good thing! First, I was asked to be a judge at my beloved Dragon*Con, but alas just couldn’t afford the hefty hotel fees. We were also to screen at Horrorfind which is a super fun event as well and where I knew friends I haven’t seen in ages would be in attendance. 
But like Mae West, “Between two evils (or 3 and make them horror fests in this case), I always pick the one I never tried before.” And I’m glad I did. Because running concurrently was the Oklahoma Horror Fest, where I ultimately opted to go (courtesy of Delta air miles) and had a blast! Read the rest of this entry »
