So the kind folks at New Filmmakers L.A. sent some photos from our screening last week. Can you believe this lovely young woman to my right is the same little Kylie Chalfa from Death in Charge? Crazy! Fortunately, she’ll be just about the right age for our upcoming high school film. Looks like life after Death’s been interesting for much of our cast and crew with talks of future collaborations in the not too distant future. Sweet!
In the meantime, I highly recommend the New Filmmakers screening series – run by great folks, at a fabulous venue with a good turnout. Our screening went over very well and I met some super cool folks. My friend Karen Glienke’s awesome short Wild Like Ego plays there next month. I highly recommend checking it out – one of my fave shorts of last year by far.
